Accent: Katie has a British accent, as most girls from London do.
Personality
General Attitude: Katie is a known girl among the students at school and the adults in the wizarding world. Katie is not picky when it comes to friends. She could take the shyest of people and bring out the outgoing personality in them. Katie is very picky about what she looks like. On most days she gets up at around five forty-five just to make sure she has at least ten minutes in the shower, fifteen minutes to pick out an outfit, thirty minutes to get ready and at least twenty minutes on her hair. Katie is a morning person, well actually she's an all-day type of person.
She tends to be full of energy and ready for anything. Katie is a risk-taker and adventurous. She'll do whatever she's never tried and if she likes it she'll continue with it, and if she doesn't at least she knows she's tried it. From what other people have said, Katie is a very sweet and caring person. She loves helping out and always is a very responsible person. But besides that, no one has seen the real side of Katie. She hates when she's laughed at when she does something wrong because it always makes her feel bad. Whenever someone makes a decision for her, it throws her off and causes her to have a bad temper because she wants to make her own decisions for herself, not being commanded to do this and that.
Katie can be a handful sometimes, but isn't that how a lot of teenage girls are? Now, if we're talking about book smart, Katie is lacking a bit in that area. She's quite good in most of her classes, though not on top. She gets mostly E's and A's in all her classes besides Care of Magical Creatures, and Charms. When she studies, she spends more time thinking over her day and mistakes rather than focusing completely. During homework, she tends to fool around or chat most of the time with her friends. But, no matter how little the amount of attention she gives to her work, she at least finishes it completely and makes sure that is completed before she goes off and does something else.
She is completely against drinking, drugs, or any other types of things that do harm to her body. She is a very loyal friend and is loved by her friends. Katie can sometimes be fierce and her tongue gets the better of her, but she manages to be an excellent Gryffindor nonetheless.
Goals: Katie hopes to hopefully join the Holyhead Harpies quidditch team when she becomes of age. Not only that, she hopes she can date and hopefully marry George Weasley.
Likes: Katie really likes quidditch. The sport is basically her life. Writing and reading are another big thing for the Gryffindor Alumni. She enjoys pranks and jokes, hence her love for George Weasley.
Dislikes: Katie doesn't really like sweets too much. She dislikes Slytherins, especially Marcus Flint. She doesn't mind Malfoy too much if he keeps to himself.
Abilities: Katie is excellent at flying and she is rather speedy in the air. Katie is also very brilliant. She happens to really have a passion for animals too.
Bad Habits: Katie isn't too good with potions and tends to mess them up quite often. Also, she is horrible at biting her lip.
Fears: Katie fears getting burned and death.

History: Katie Alessandra Bell was born March 3rd in London, England. Her mother Kristie and her father Jonathan raised their young Katie to become what they thought would be a normal, regular child. Katie wasn't surprised by her father. He never came home until one in the morning. He was always off doing his own things. Katie and her father never had the close bond she and her mother shared. But as much as she loved her mother, Kristie was hardly at home those days. Constantly working as a teacher. Katie was always stuck at home with her grandmother. She found it rather odd the things she usually came upon in that strange house of hers. Often, she found strange things like old textbooks about potions and witchcraft.
Katie had always laughed at the witchcraft books that her father owned. She thought it was fake and a waste of time. Katie had always spent her time with her friends at the local park either playing or at her house doing something girly like tea parties and such. She had never really had weird experience. When she was eight she finally decided it was time to ask her father what the books were about and why he was never home until one in the morning.
Katie was sat down in the extremely large family room on her favorite red couch. She remembered every word from her father's mouth. You are a witch. Katie's eyes had widened at that moment, but only for a few moments. He had explained his occupation at the so called "ministry of magic." There were many things she had yet to learn. Apparently, her father had been in a special school for wizards and witches called Hogwarts. Katie had always found the name rather odd. She was still a bit shocked, but needed time to think about this.
For about two days all she did was lock herself in her room and think. She was afraid of being a witch. She didn't want to be bad like those "death doers" or whatever they were called. (Yes i know it's death eaters.) She had been frightened until she had received a letter by a large, handsome owl. Upon reading the letter, Katie soon learned that she shouldn't be afraid of being a witch. It was in her blood and apparently her Grandmother had been a great witch too. It was then when young Katie had finally understood what her father meant by being a witch.
First Year. To Katie it was like living a nightmare. She had met some of the most interesting and scariest people to her. First, her teacher Hagrid had really frightened her, being almost eleven times her size. Professor Flitwick was only three inches shorter than her, and then there was that one professor that taught potions. Snape. He had frightened her on her first day when she saw him in the halls. There were things in that first year that she had enjoyed such as flying, charms class, care of magical creatures, and quidditch games. But besides all of that, there was one thing that really caught Katie's attention and it was fellow housemate, George Weasley. She had struggled during that year and the year after, but her third year seemed to be her best.
Although she was called weird names because she wasn't a pureblood, Katie had definitely enjoyed her time at Hogwarts. In her sixth year she had experienced her chance to be a part of Dumbledore's Army.
Sample RP: Katie Bell stood on the streets of Diagon Alley. Her blond hair was curled, but it was also tied up into a strong, messy ponytail on the back of her head. It swung with each step she took. Her body was dressed in a long, grey and red henley. Ontop of the shirt she wore a black jacket to keep her warm. Katie's legs were covered with skinny denim jeans. Her white pumps clacked against the sidewalk as she walked to her store. In her right hand she twirled the keys to her shop, the Magical Menagerie. Her left hand was shoved into her pocket, clutching onto the wood that she called her wand.
She adjusted the messenger bag on her shoulder. The black strap contrasted well with the dress and the red Gryffindor seal stood out on the black canvas. As she drew closer to the store she could already hear the animals. Katie withdrew her left hand to grasp the handle. She looked up at the same time to read the sign of her store. It was early, but the lights were on inside and there was a small group of people awaiting their lovely shop owner just outside. Katie grinned and waved to them, unlocking the door after a few moments of fumbling with the key. She pulled open the door and shut it quickly behind her, keeping the closed sign in the window.
She quickly bustled behind the counter, dropping off her bag on the floor. She took her jacket off and hung it up on the hook behind her stool in front of the cash register. She hurriedly grabbed the apron off the wall and tied it around her back and her neck. With that, Katie was ready to start her day as always. She raced back to the door, unlocked it from the inside, and changed the closed sign to open. She held the heavy, glass door open for the small crowd to rush in from the cold. She let out a soft sigh and whistled out the door, waiting for her black owl to appear. She let him inside and shut the door to prevent the cold air from coming in.
Katie bustled around anxiously. She moved quickly trying to feed the animals before an interrputions. She stopped at a cage of snakes and sighed. They were her green and reminded her of the Slytherin house.
