Personality
Tonks is a very friendly witch to those she loves and cares about. She is very honest and finds it hard to lie unless of course it is for a good cause. She is very brave and very intelligent which are some of her best strengths. She has a great capacity to love and she is extremely charming when she wants to be.
However she is also headstrong and reckless and doesn't always think things through. She is also extremely sensitive and very susceptible to guilt and conflicting emotions which mess her up. She is however loyal to her friends and will die for them if the time came.

Tonks has a very carefree attitude but lately she has become a lot more serious and dedicated to helping out. She is extremely against Voldemort. She hates the fact that her family once supported him and that's why she and her mother are outcasts in the Black family.

Nymphadora Tonks was born on 31st January in the middle of London in her parents home. She was delivered after 22 hours of labour and was declared completely healthy. About an hour after she was born Tonks grew some brown hair then changed it purple unknowingly taking her parents by surprise. Once they realised she was a metamorphmagus they home schooled her so muggle children wouldn't tease her or become frightened by a clear display of magic.
She attended Hogwarts where her abilities and kind qualities won her many friends. She was always getting up to mischief with them and she couldn't resist a few detentions. As Tonks later said to Harry and his friends, during the Prefect selection Tonks' head of house explained that Tonks lacked a very important quality. The ability to behave herself. But Tonks passed her owls and newts satisfactorily and she trained to be an Auror. Thanks to her metamorphmagus skills she passed Concealment and Appearance with flying colours and only just scraped by in Stealth and Tracking because of her clumsiness.
Tonks later joined the Order in the fight against Voldemort. She developed feelings for Remus Lupin. She fought alongside her second cousin Sirius Black in the Department of Mysteries and
was devastated when he was killed by Bellatrix Lestrange. She vowed revenge and for the next year she was bitterly depressed.

Tonks was still in bed when her alarm clock went off for a second time. She looked over at it like it had mortally offended her and she sat up and used her wand to shut it up. She placed her wand back on her bedside table and reluctantly got to her feet. She wandered over to her wardrobe and choose some forget me not blue robes and carried them over to her bed and went to take a bath.
Afterwards she dried her hair and changed it from black to purple and changed into the robes. She added a little make up before going into her kitchen to get some breakfast before she headed off to work. Today was supposed to busy and so Tonks made sure to have a glass of orange juice and some toast before she rushed off after locking her flat.
She arrived at the Ministry and immediately headed to her office to quickly catch up on some of the paperwork she missed. Luckily the pile wasn't so big and she got stuck into it and worked tirelessly on until she got them finished at about quarter to 12. She sat back and opened a record file and looked at some of the new problems
